The Role

- Admin Support – Keep records up to date, track expenses, and support day-to-day tasks.
- Ideas & Input – Bring fresh ideas for how Nimi can grow its reach, improve processes, and connect more people through art.
Pay & Hours
- £13.85 per hour.
- Part-time (minimum 3 days per week, flexible schedule). Must be available to work the occasional weekend events.
- Mix of remote work, office days, and in-person support at events.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for art, culture, and connecting people.
- Creative, curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Organised and strong time management, with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong writing and copyediting skills.
- Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Notion is a plus.
- Some experience in social media, events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Transferable skills and commitment matter most.
